Imtitaz began his career with Roshan Publicity and then moved onto Ogilvy & Mather where he worked for over 11 years and built many brands such as ICICI, Orange- Hutch etc. He has carved a niche for being unconventional and thorough. He has also been actively involved in cultivating and grooming budding talent in the field during his esteemed career.
He joined the Milestone Brandcom founding team in 2009 and continues to be an integral member of the Milestone family.

Hanoz is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University with nearly 20 years of work experience.
Hanoz jumpstarted his professional experience in Digital Printing at Metro Media Technology & eventually moved focus onto Out-of-home communications and worked with DDB Mudra, Madison & Ogilvy & Mather.
Hanoz is responsible for servicing key accounts nationally & internationally worth over Rs. 200 crore. A veteran in the industry, Hanoz has earned a lot of recognition for his brands across multiple award conventions.
Presently, Hanoz services key businesses in West India. Hutch, HSBC, Tata Sky, Star Tv, Colors, McDonald’s are some of the clients managed by him.
Pramit is a post graduate in Marketing & Advertising from KC College Mumbai. He is a young enthusiastic professional with over 11 years of work experience.
He began his career with a stint in Journalism and finally moved on to Out-of-home advertising at Madison & then Ogilvy. Pramit eventually moved on from Ogilvy & Mather to start his entrepreneurial journey as part of the key management personnel at Milestone Brandcom. Pramit; a subject matter expert has excellent PR skills & is always restless to learn more.

Ravi has been part of the Milestone family since April’2011 and heads the Planning function for Milestone.
Ravi has an experience of more than two decades and began his career with the Selvel Vantage Group. Prior to Milestone, Ravi was part of DDB Mudra, Ogilvy Action & Bharti AirTel.
Ravi is instrumental in developing the Milestone Optimizer, India’s First OOH Audience Measurement Matrix System. He is a communication specialist and synchronizes brand activities for the clients handled by the North offices. A team player and a hard task master is how the team knows him.
He has worked on Tata Docomo, Uninor, United Technologies, British Airways, Colors, Bajaj Auto and Fastrack to name a few. Ravi is passionate about traveling, movies, Formula 1 & cycling.
Y. Srinivas Raju (Srini) leads the Media & analytics business team for OOH. He champions the MILESTONE OPTIMIZER (an OOH audience planning tool).
In his 9+ years of experience, Srini has worked in Media & Communication Planning domain across varied categories like FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durables, Banking & Luxury segments portfolio etc.
He has the ability to integrate strategic alliances and processes across AOR functions. Spearheading & partnering with clients on all their marketing and media campaigns. He possess’ the ability to recommend competitive innovative strategies, through differential thinking to design and create innovative media exposures for brands to enable business solutions.
Srini holds a Post Graduate in Marketing & International Business from Pune. He likes to pursue interesting challenges at work, and believes in knowledge sharing. He is passionate about travelling and is an avid biking enthusiast.

Milestone Connect is a youth company and has already made a mark in the OOH business, Yash with his added enthusiasm and energy will further expand the brand communication business creating with unique brand experiences & connections with the consumers. His key role is to develop business and nurture existing clients.
Prashant has an enriched experience of 13 years in the Industry. He has handled the Launch of two major telecoms – Idea & Docomo.
Apart from that, he has worked with a plethora of brands. Few of the clients he has been strongly associated with are Dish TV, Aviva life Insurance, Uninor, ABP News, Sahara group, Titan, Nestle, Zee Group, Muthoot Finance and McDonalds.

Ujjwal Anand's previous performance was from Geometry Global, with the crisp experimental background of Ogilvy where he headed the North team and looked after the Urban & Rural Experiential, Social and Shopper offerings.
His dedication of over a decade in Ogilvy with numerous clients like Dabur, GSK, Dupont, Coca Cola, TripAdvisor, CHAI, Samsung, OLX, Micromax and GPI.
Mr Ujjwal also was a part of Lintas’s Rural operator - Linterland. He spent over 2 years and serviced various accounts namely Peerless, Berger paint, Orissa tourism, Coca Cola and PSI.
He comes with a core team that includes creative, insight, content & operation.
He joins as the National Creative Director and builds the creative motivation.
Mayank had his creative mind lead at Bates Sercon as Executive Creative Director for the last 12 years.
At Sercon, He outgrew from the roots and built an empire for ambitious start-up and award winning communications agency of the WPP group.
His extreme enthusiastic nature built across offline and online mediums for brands and the ladder for popular music videos, He excelled it. He has created impactful and award winning work across major clients in various categories like Castrol, Seagrams, Colgate, Nirulas, HP, Clove Dental, Dell, EMC India and Singapore, Nokia, Oracle.
Mr. Parthaa Ghosh is the Regional Head - East. Partha joins us in handling the mandate for our Eastern India operations.
Parthaa comes from Ogilvy & he closely associates with Milestone pioneers since a decade , he is a thorough advertising professional over 2 decades , started with McCan Erickson as ATL Media Planner then moved on to Ogilvy’s Media Unit – Media Network as ATL Media Planner and continued the job till WPP decided to separate media as Mindshare& Maxus that is when he decided to Stay with Ogilvy Outdoor being a true Ogilvyite .
He continued in Ogilvy till 2012 and handled various function along with East India Operation , incl. Talent & HR Lead for East India , Vodafone Central Head based out of Mumbai . He also keeps good interest in contributing on creative thinking and won lots of awards for Agency one being Cannes too. He joins us to take over a challenge of creating difference for milestone brands and building a strategic Team in East India along with building key initiative for Group’s in 360 Arena.

She has learnt and is well acquainted with 3D animation. With over 6 years of experience overall and an inclusion of 4 years of stint in TV commercials & serials, AV’s and 2+ years of experience in outdoor advertising.
Her remarkable work has created and lead to some award winning ideas for Titan eye plus, Darr, OTIS, UTC. She is passionate about art and crafts, loves reading, travelling and photography which is her recent love!
Group Art Director with rich 7 years of experience in ATL & BTL art & designing.
Completed his fine arts from Jamia Millia Islamia and Post-Graduation in Graphic Design and Animation from AJK Mass Communication Research Centre, Jamia MIllia Islamia, New Delhi where, he has mastered the creative space.
His last assignment was as a Creative Group Head with Kinetic Worldwide where he part of various brands – Make in India, Google, Lufthansa, AMEX, Vodafone, Motorola Citi Bank etc.... Prior to this he was with Madison where he was involved in Digital OOH advertising along with shopper and outdoor space together with concept and art for ATL advertising.
